Laurence, we need more information before we can offer assistance.

Please confirm that you subscription includes cloud backup - the most basic subscription (Essentials) does not include cloud backup.

What do you mean when you say you are unable to make cloud backups? Do you mean you cannot create a cloud backup, or do you mean that previously created cloud backups fail to run. Do you get any error message? It would be helpful if you could post appropriate log files - you will need to use the MVP Assistant to access the log files.

@Steve Smith provides the following advice on how to find the relevant log files:

If you have Disks & Partitions backups created on ATI 2020 or later using .tibx files, then look in the Backup Worker logs.

If you have Files & Folders backups using .tib files (or Disk backups from earlier versions using .tib files) or using Cloning then look in the Demon logs.
