External Backup Drive

I'm new to Arconis and am having some problems. I installed it on two computers. My laptop with Windows 11 has no problems. The desktop with Windows 10. Two questions that come to mind are: when I double-click my external hard drive it shows that I have six backups post the original back. However, when I click or double-click any of them, it doesn't show me any information about the backup such as date, etc. I sent the view to details just as it is on my laptop, but the only thing I get from doing that are pictures of an external drive. Any suggestions?

An unrelated question is "or should" my computer going into sleep or hibernate mode affect whether Arconis can make a successful backup? I thought this might be a problem, but I told my computer to "never" go to sleep or hibernate and that doesn't seem to have made a difference.

Lloyd, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but I am not sure that I understand the issue you are reporting here.  There should be no difference in behaviour between your laptop and desktop computers if they both have the same version of Acronis software installed and are using an external backup drive.

It may be helpful if you can capture some screen shots from both PC's showing the differences you are concerned about.  You can use File > Upload option for this topic in the forum but files need to be under 3MB in size and of one of the allowed file types.
