Thread needs solution

I am running the latest version of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office on 10 computers at our office. One started showing an error:

error 0xfff0: The system cannot find the path specified
| line: 0xbd28fdbd64edb8f1
| file: c:\jenkins_agent\workspace\ati-main-win-ati\417\core\common\error.cpp:307
| function: Common::Error::AddWindowsError
| line: 0xbd28fdbd64edb8f1, c:\jenkins_agent\workspace\ati-main-win-ati\417\core\common\error.cpp:307, Common::Error::AddWindowsError
| code: 0x80070003
| $module: ti_demon_vs_39703

The backup keeps retrying and eventually completes successfully. I checked the backup and am able to restore files successfully.

There is no such directory on the computer c:\jenkins_agent. These errors have been occurring for a couple of months. Yesterday, another computer had its backup fail with the same error message.

The backups are backed up to a network share and the destination directories are connected and available. I have added c:\jenkins_agent to the exclusion list and the backups complete fine with no errors.

I don't understand why ATI is trying to backup a non-existent directory. Can anyone help with this issue?

Al, any references in the logs to C:\jenkins are purely Acronis internal diagnostic trace messages that only have any meaning to their developers as they refer to paths within their code, not any path on a user computer.

If your backup destination is a network share then check that your network adapter being used isn't being suspended due to being deemed idle when Acronis is doing internal processing of data and not actively transferring data across the network connection.

Check your Power options for any power saving or selective suspend options that might apply.
