File system error in Acronis
I have Acronis 2020 build 38600. I have 3 adjunct disc drives. Two are backed up twice per week on different days and a third one is used to do a monthly backup. I have had this practice since 2020 and it has performed flawlessly. A week ago my backups failed to run and I received a message that a "file system error is found consider running check disk utility. When I first tried to run check disk, it came back same that there was no errors and it was not necessary to run it. Subsequently, I forced check disk to run and I received a message that errors were corrected. I then tried to run a backup and I got the same error. Of course, this is beyond frustrating when this process has been running fine for two years. Any help is appreciated. By the way, I am not a software professional; just a basic consumer user. So, if I need to send some type of log, please advise....
thanks,
Ed

Ed, where did you upload the data? Steve was requesting it be uploaded as an attachment to this forum topic.

Quick question. How do you learn to read and interpret a report like this....
Thanks,

Ed, the key to reading the report is looking for any error indication in the first section, i.e. the letter 'e' shown in the final column at the right of the problem disk partition.
Once you have seen such an error indication, then scroll down to the bottom of the report to find the detailed information for that specific partition, i.e. the section I copied above in my post. Or search in the file for 'File System Error' to get to the same place.
