Fresh Install Windows
Can anybody inform me on what to expect with a fresh reinstall of windows? I have windows installed on an ssd. And I have 2 hdds that are backed up to an external hdd and also to Acronis cloud all through Acronis Cyber Home. When I reinstall Acronis after the fresh install of windows, will I need to set up all my back ups as well?
Thanks for the help....

Thanks for the reply and the welcome!
Ok so specifically, the backup is of 2 separate drives that contain files and photos only. My windows install is not backed up. So I have 3 drives in total, windows on one (no files, not backed up), and files and photo collection on the other 2 (all files, all backed up).
I like to reinstall windows every year or year and a half. But now I have 2 backed up secondary drives. Is there an easy way to do this? Or will I need to re-backup secondary drives every time I reinstall windows? Perhaps this is obviously yes haha.
None of the backed up data on the drives will have changed. But the drives will be reconnected to my PC that has had a new windows install. Perhaps this is the exact same as migrating to a new computer. Can this be done easily in any way?
Thanks again for the help. And sorry if I'm simply reiterating the same question. I wanted to clarify that this is NOT a windows backup. But just a backup of secondary drives with files only.
Thanks!

Thomas, if your backups are only of your secondary drives and not the OS drive, then you should just need to reinstall ACPHO then reconfigure you backup tasks.
If you have not done the Windows reinstall yet then you can use the option at the bottom of the GUI Settings panel to export your current backup task settings to a zip file which you import back again later after reinstalling ACPHO on the new Windows install.

Ahh ok so exporting the tasks! Great, that seems like the path I was looking for. Thanks for your help.
