Help! TrueImage 2021 Not Responding

Thread needs solution

TrueImage, which has been running fine, will not longer start.  It hangs and clicking on it results in a "not responding" message.  Downloaded 2021_39287.exe and "repaired" installation, but that made no difference.  Additionally, I'm getting notifications after rebooting that the scheduler has stopped.  Have run every known virus scanner and am at a loss as to what to do to continue backups.  Help, please!

I can only assume that something has changed on your system since the time when ATI2021 was working correctly to when it started to give the symptoms described here?

Have you installed any new security applications, antivirus, anti-malware etc?

Is ATI2021 being run / launched from an Administrator account as is required for correct operation?

The most logical thing to do is restore an image of your computer (using the boot media) when everything was running properly then take it from there.

Trying to fix things after the shit has hit the fan can take a lot a time when True Image (and similar software) is made to save the day.
