Jenkins and Error 0x170019 The item was skipped

Thread solved

On each backup, i receive the same acronis Warnings in the emailed log. These errors are apparently triggered by offline files shown in my iCloudPhotos folder. The offline files have a directory entry but an attribute of "o" signifying they are not physically on my computer hard drive.

How can I tell Acronis to skip offline files and thereby prevent these warning messages from occurring.

Gary, the errors are caused because ATI cannot process reparse points for files that are not physically present on the source disk drive.

iCloud files look to be Cloud stored only unless you change the settings to not have these available on all your devices.

The simplest solution is to deselect the iCloud folder from your Source files / folders selection.  The files will continue to exist in the iCloud and be available on all your devices.
