Latest Backup Stopped, File System Error Found (but Chkdsk and vendor software all suggest NVMe drive is ok)
Hi everybody,
Getting frustrated with my new Acronis software and could use some assistance.
Every time I attempt a single drive or full PC backup, I get an error "Latest Backup Stopped, File System Error Found". My drive is a Samsung 980 Pro NVMe SSD (2TB). I've run chkdsk /f /b and it completed fine, and Samsung Magician Software detects some bad blocks but can't seem to fix anything. The system seems to run totally fine. I'm unsure what to do next because I want to be absolutely positive it is my SSD before replacing anything, especially considering chkdsk came back fine. Suggestions on how to proceed?

Hello,
I went ahead and used Mini Tool Partition Wizard to assign drive letters to the two system partitions, and ran chkdsk /r on both of them, which completed without any issue. I then ran chkdsk /r on my primary volume after a restart, and it too completed without issue. I removed the volume letters from the two system volumes and tried backing up again, but get the same issue.
I've extracted and am uploading the disks.txt file as requested. Hopefully we can get this fixed, thank you.

Daniel, the disks report confirms that the issue is with your partition 1 - 3 with the following error detail.
Partition 1-3: file system FS: NTFS File System Error 0x7001c: Run list is corrupted. | line: 0x89d94b01b483dcdb | file: c:\jenkins_agent\workspace\ati-main-win-ati\680\core\resizer\ntfs\fs_ntfs_check.cpp:507 | function: resizer::NTFSProcessor::ReadControlStructures | line: 0x89d94b01b483dcdb, c:\jenkins_agent\workspace\ati-main-win-ati\680\core\resizer\ntfs\fs_ntfs_check.cpp:507, resizer::NTFSProcessor::ReadControlStructures | $module: system_report_vs_39900 FSSize: 3319691369 (1.5T)
