Mac shuts down after error

Thread needs solution

 

Anybody facing this issue ?

The iMac 2020 November, Intel based... just shuts down regularly.  The error file says:

Harrij, welcome to these public User Forums.

I haven't seen any other users reporting this or similar issues in this forum but most users coming here are on Windows not MacOS.

I can only recommend raising this question in the dedicated ATI for Mac Forum where other experienced Mac users should be able to provide better answers.

Otherwise, open a Support ticket direct with Acronis to let them investigate this worrying issue with you!
