Online Dashboard out of date

For many years I have had the latest version of Acronis Cyber Protect Home on my Windows desktop and I use it to back up my files to local disks and the Acronis cloud.  It is working fine on the desktop (backing up regularly locally and also to the Cloud) but when I go to my "online dashboard" the information displayed appears out of date.  

For example, on my online dashboard it says my desktop machine is online but that the last backup was in November 2020 and the next one due is also November 2020 (see screenshots).  This seems very odd as when I click on the "Backups" tab on the Dashboard I get a list of my (Cloud) backups including ones completed in just the past few days. 

Can anyone advise how the Dashboard can be updated to record the correct position?

Jeremy, please raise this via a support case direct with Acronis Support as they control all aspects of their online dashboard and the servers it uses etc.

This type of issue has been raised previously and the remedy involved various actions that deleted data or uninstalled / reinstalled the Acronis application - all of which should not be necessary to fix this type of issue!

I don't use the online dashboard personally so cannot offer further advice.
