Possible ransomware injection detected iTunes

SO, long story short. I downloaded a plugin from GitHub that allows iTunes to communicate with Discord and display the music I'm listening to. I've had this in my machine for about 3 weeks and all has been peachy until today. I deleted the file from my computer, but I get these alerts now. The first alert had 15 affected files; the latest has 10. Is there a way to find out what modifications are being done that are deemed suspicious?
