Protection was not updated

my acronis says that Protection was not updated,

I'm signed in to my account acronis is uptodate, why am I getting this error.

Protection updates come from the Acronis servers and can take some time to complete if have not been actioned for a few days.

There have been multiple users reporting issues with Acronis servers over the weekend that may also be related.  Those users are unable to sign-in to activate licenses or access Acronis Cloud.

Please open a support case direct with Acronis if this issue does not resolve itself.
