Recovery Problem

Thread needs solution

I'm unable to boot my Windows 10 laptop and I'm having trouble restoring my True Image 2019 backups. Can anyone confirm that I have the required files? Image attached.

Tks

Dale, your list of files looks to be ok and if recovering from the DALE-PC set, then you should just need to select DALE-PC Complete_diff_b1_s6_v1 and ATI 2019 will link to the original _full_b1_s1_v1 file as part of the restore operation.

Note: when doing the restore, you need to be using the Acronis bootable rescue media to boot and to be doing so in the same BIOS boot mode as used by Windows 10 on the laptop.

If you look in the BIOS on the laptop, look at the BIOS boot setting - this will be 'Windows Boot Manager' if it is using UEFI for the BIOS boot mode, otherwise, it will show the make / model of the internal disk drive.

If you don't already have the rescue media created, then you can either try creating this on another PC if it has ATI 2019 installed, or else, download an ISO image of the media from your Acronis Account and burn this to a CD or DVD - or use a tool like Rufus to create a bootable USB stick on a small USB memory stick (2GB min size).
