Recovery shows nothing

I backup to a portable drive. File Explorer shows all my files on that drive. I can recover files through File Explorer. However, when I try to recover through Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, it shows no files in Recovery (see screenshots). Why is it so?

Philip, there have been some known issues that can give the symptoms you are seeing but it is worth checking first that your portable drive still has the same drive letter Z: as chosen in ACPHO for the task destination? 

If the correct drive letter is found, then to resolve this problem can take one or both of the following steps:

Perform a Validation of the backup task.

Use the option to 'Add existing backup' and select the most recent file for the task.

Both of these should help relink the files with the task Recovery panel.
