Sorry but more information is needed here.

Which Acronis application are you using here?  Is it ACPHO per this forum or one of the earlier ATI versions?

What type of backup is this?  Disks & Partitions (or Entire PC), or Files & Folders?

What is the destination for the backup?  Local / external disk drive, network drive, Acronis Cloud?

How long does the backup run for before showing any issues?
