Start Backup to Acronis Cloud error cant create certificate

Hi,

when i start a backup to the acronis cloud i became an error "Canot Issue a user certificate". Im Using Acronis Home Office Trial

I have the same issue, can not start my cloud backup because Acronis van not create a certificate.

Don, welcome to these public User Forums.

Are you running Acronis as Administrator as is required by the application to perform correctly?  If not, then that is something that needs to be addressed as it may not have the correct authorities / privileges to folders etc.

As you have a subscription for Acronis Cloud storage, then if you are still seeing an issue with your cloud backups, I would recommend opening a support ticket direct with Acronis.  See How to get support? in the Useful Links section of the forum pages.
