Dear Acronis Support,

As per title, for some reason the subscription auto-renewal email (when the credit card is charged) is being sent to an old email address I no longer use anymore, even though my online Acronis account has been updated with my current email for some time now.

After noticing a charge on my credit card from "Cleverbridge AG" which I did not recognize and contacting them about it, they explained that it was for "Acronis True Image Premium 1 Computer - 1 year subscription" and the email had been sent to the old email address.

I don't know why Acronis is still using my old email (at least for it's auto-renewal notifications), but I would like to have this corrected to avoid confusion in the future.

Can you please help?

Sorry but you will need to either contact Acronis direct and use their non-technical support option for licensing questions or else try contacting the forum moderator, Ekaterina who should be able to direct your issue to the correct team at Acronis.

While my original post was being approved by the forum moderator I contacted Acronis support via the PC app and got this issue settled.

Apparently my email address was updated within my online account but the subscription or license order was still set to my old email address. No idea why or how this happened (as there's only one place where I can change or update my email address) but it's all good now.
