System tray setting priority not available for NVMe drive

Thread needs solution

When backups are running, the additional icon that appears in the Windows system tray has a right-click menu, with options as below.

This is a very useful feature in the product, as it allows one to either reduce the affect of the running backup on the system if it's causing slowness, or to increase the speed of the backup at a cost to system performance.

For anyone unfamiliar with it, the icon in the system tray has a similar design to the main Acronis Cyber Protect system tray icon, but with a right arrow instead of the 'A' and is a slightly lighter shade of blue.

On right-click, one gets a menu:

  • Status
  • Priority
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
  • About

The reason for this post is that this icon does not appear when backing up an NVMe M.2 drive (1 TB Crucial P5 Plus), but it does when backing up other, SATA, drives on the same workstation, a 4 TB Seagate Exos 7E8 and a 500 GB Crucial MX500.

I fell like this is a bug, am I right and if so how should I report it?
