Thread needs solution

Has anyone had any success lately reaching Tech Support?  I have been trying for several days and when I select the option, I listen to music and periodically a voice which tells me to hold on until finally It says leave a message (after about 15-20 minutes. I did several days ago and never got contacted.   

Today I tried the "instant" chat. Essentially the same happened. After about 20 minutes a message popped up saying the chat was being cancelled because no one was available I have a paid support contract good through next July so I tried calling sales which usually works. - It didn't. 

Any suggestions?

I just tried to do that but I got a message saying chat was unavailable

In order to resolve this issue, can you please provide your email and phone in private messages here on Forum.
To find private messages you have to open "my account" and find "dialogues".

Also, can you please tell when exactly (day, time) this happened?

 

I opened "my account" and found "dialogues".however I do not see "private messages"

Look at the previous post by Daria then click on the 'Send message' link shown there.
