Kenny, welcome to these public User Forums.

The issue shown in your screen images is caused by not having any installed device drivers for the Intel RST VMD controller being used for your NVMe SSD drive.

You will need to create the ACPHO 'Simple' version of the Acronis rescue media and inject the extra device drivers for Intel RST VMD support.

See forum topic: Intel VMD Raid0 drive wont show up in the True Image 2021 BootStick! - where this issue has been discussed in depth previously in the forums.

Gentile Steve,

I tried the new version of ATI but it does not work !

My Acronis USB contains Intel drivers and there are no problems. What does not work is the recovery in the Acronis environment and the recovery with Survival Kit.

For months the support has been looking for a solution and I still wait.

Salvatore, please see my comments in your other topic here:

If you are having issues with Intel VMD storage controllers not recognizing NVMe disks while booted to recovery media please follow the steps below:

  1. Use the bundled  Bootable Rescue Media Builder and select "Advanced" when to program launches
  2. Select WinPE based media
  3. Select Windows 8, 8.1, 10, 11 (use Windows ADK to create boot media)
  4. If Windows ADK is not installed download it and the PE add-on and install them before proceeding
  5. on the "You can add drivers for better compatibility" screen unselect the graphics adapter driver that is added by default.  Then clikc on the Add Folder button.
  6. In the explorer window that opens. navigate to C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRespository
  7. Locate folder "iastorvd.inf_amd64_*****************
  8. Click on the folder above to select it then click on the Select Folder button to add this driver folder
  9. Click on the green Next button. Be patient while the driver is loaded
  10. Select your USB device form the list of options and click on the green Proceed button.

You will receive a Completed message when the process has finished.  You can now boot your machine to the media and your NVMe disk should be visible.

I just performed the above on an Intel Z690 platform with VMD controller using Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office version 39900 and verified this as working.
