"Unsupported file type" error for my fresh tibx mobile backup
Hi there,
I am trying to browse a recently created local tibx backup of my cell phone data. The backup was created by the ATI mobile app with the help of the desktop ATI 2019. A few days later I upgraded to ATI 2021. This thing can't see the new backup. When I manually try to add tibx into my backup list, the program displays a "Unsupported file type" error. What can I do? I need to get my files back.

Thank you for the information. I've created a ticket to get an official response. To me, this state of things looking insane and incomprehensible. The company's software doesn't support its own proprietary file format.

Sorry but your statement is not correct. ATI does support .tibx backup files created for mobile backups but just not in the way you are trying to use it!
Again, see the topic I referenced above which has screen shots of how to manage your mobile backup .tibx file using Acronis Drive.

Hi Steve. Is it possible to recover files from mobile tibx to local computer drive? Mobile app tries to restore all the data to my phone, and this is not what I want.

You may be able to look at your mobile data via the 'Acronis Drive' option in Explorer and then use Copy & Paste from there. I cannot test as Acronis Mobile is no longer compatible with the old version of Android used by my mobile phone!
