Where have my ATI Cloud backups disappeared to?

Thread needs solution

Please can someone tell me where my latest ATI Cloud backups can now be accessed? In the location I have used for several years now—https://cloud-wr-sg1.acronis.com/#/dashboard—it shows my latest backup as 30th June this year. Yet ATI 2021 has continued backing up to the cloud since then, the latest being this morning (18th October). That backup completed successfully, no errors were reported. Yet on the dashboard site no amount of refreshing the page will update the latest backup reported—it remains at 30th June.

So have all Cloud backups now been moved elsewhere? What about another backup of mine, produced by the same program, where the dashboard does list the latest version as 18th October?

I'd be really glad of some hints as to what's going on here — thanks!

Steve, the first check I would suggest is that the assigned cloud data centre for your backup tasks is that you expect?

The data centre cannot be changed after a backup to the cloud has been run but you should still be able to see which centre is being used by opening the Options > Advanced > Data center for your tasks.

If the correct data centre is shown but your backups are not, then you will need to open a support case direct with Acronis to have this investigated further at their server side.

Hey Steve, almost 3 months have gone by, and I must apologise for not responding to you long ago! Unfortunately I had a number of urgent work deadlines, and then Christmas was upon us, so I simply had to abandon the problem. At the time I hadn't upgraded to Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, ’cos I thought it was a new product, and I was quite happy with Acronis True Image! I've since discovered my mistake, and am watching my cloud backups now to see if the latest ones appear where expected.

But thanks for your reply. If the problem persists even now after the upgrade, you may see another comment from me in this thread!
