Yearly subscription keeps hitting the wrong credit card

Thread needs solution

There is no way through the web site to contact sales or start a ticket.  All links to support or chat return a blank page.  Does anyone have the link to send a support request to sales?

please check your private messages (go to My account at the top of a forum page and then to Dialogs). I've sent you a link to change the payment details.
