Feature Request - End User Update Option

Thread needs solution

It would be handy if there was an "update" option in the cyber protect client on the end user's computer. That way, updates could be forced/pushed down quicker when needed instead of having to wait for the update cycle or the admin having to log into the web portal.

In the version of the product you mentioned, the management server is hosted in the cloud. Therefore, it's not possible to implement that feature locally. On-premise versions, on the other hand, can be updated locally, but this option is not available for the cloud editions.

What you can do is to either implement auto-updates or request your Service Provider/Admin to enable this feature. You can find more information on how to do this here:

You can also share the download links with your users so they can update the agents manually.
