Hi,

I would like to take advantage of your 30 day money back guarantee please. My scenario is as follows:

- I downloaded the demo version of DiskDirector which installed perfectly fine on Windows 7
- Impressed with what I saw, the price, and an urgent need to use the software, I purchased it online. Shame I didn't read the forums first...
- Upon installation, I'm told that the retail version is not compatable. Baffled at this, I browse the forums only to find that Acronis seems to have big issues with product updates and compatability. Cue this email...

If your retail version of the software doesn't work on an operating system, why allow the demo version to? Rather than 'tricking' people into buying your product, why not mention on the download page that it doesn't work on Windows 7?

Please let me know what details you need to facilitate my refund.
