Hi again,

I tried to copy the system partition from a HDD under Win7 to a SSD.. When the system rebooted I got (and still get it since then) the following message before Win7 starts: 'Abnormal termination ...'

How can I get rid of the script (I assume) performing the copy procedure?

Looks like Acronis Disk Director left some traces in the registry. You can try the solution suggested here or, which is safer, contact support directly. They will be able to log remotely into your computer and remove all unnecessary traces.
