Acronis Bootable Media does not detect H310 RAID Controller in Poweredge T320

Thread needs solution

Wondering if anyone else out there is having the same issues. I've read the articles posted regarding adding RAID drivers to the bootable media, however I have not had any success in booting and recognising the disks. The steps taken were:

- Downloaded 32 Bit H310 Drivers from Dell Website for PowerEdge T320
- Extracted to Directory
- Installed Win PE 3 via the AIK download from MS Site
- Fired up the Bootable media builder for Acronis disk director server 11
- Followed instructions as per article, I added the inf files for the H310 at the appropriate point
- iso was created fine.
- Booted from it on the T320 and drives were still not recognised.

Can anybody help with this? Is it that I need to use an older Win PE?

Thanks

I too have had the same problem but with a different SATA/eSATA PCIe card, a Startech PEXSATA24E, and got the same results, the generated Windows PE system when booted, does not recognize any drive attached to it, either through the card's SATA or eSATA connections.
