Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office compatibility

Thread solved

Acronis Disk Director is compatible with True Image 2019. But is it also compatible with Cyber Protect Home Office? Is it possible to it install after existing Cyber Protect Home Office or do you not recommend this?

Dear Wolf,
Compatibility of Acronis Disk Director with latest versions of the product like True Image 2019 and Cyber Protect Home Office was not officially tested
. So, we can recommend to install Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office and use Acronis Disk Director as bootable media.

Also, in general we recommend installing older product first and younger products later. You can find more information in the article: Installing Acronis True Image and Acronis Disk Director on the same computer | Knowledge Base

Dear Daria,

thank you for your recommendations.

Uninstall and reinstall Cyber Protect Home Office is laborius. To use Disk Director 12.5 as bootable media is the easy way. I found a bootable disk from an older installation

Best regards
