Acronis DDS 10 doesn´t start

I have installed Acronis DDS 10 on a netbook under XP Home SP3.
After an error in the OS Acronis DDS doesn´t start.
I get the error message
"Error at reading from sector 1.881.615.103"
and so from 10 other sectors on the HDD.
What is to do that Acronis DDS is starting again?

Is that error when starting DD in XP?

Are you using the most current build of DD?

Have you tried using the DD CD or flash drive? Both the Full and Safe Mode versions?

after format of disk i reiinstalled windows and other programms. reiinstallation of acornis disk director 10 failed.
always get after starting following mistake.
