Acronis Disk Director Purchased in the time of need for the partition, not in countdown!

Hi, in first of all, I have ordered Acronis, because of the extended support it was may inquiring for the Operational System I'm using. Waiting for the issue, which seens to be necessary the use of the compatibility in Disk Director. I have found that on the Boot disk, it has not worked in function for the Operational System on the partition. The partition was for some unreleaved cause conflicting with the Windows Installation. Which was very great, but in Windows Update, a lost cause for the checking in disk.

The issue was boredom to re-install or format. I have not tried any other fix! Already in the end of the support of the optional in Acronis for the compatibility in Windows XP I has trying the partition deletion and "format", which in the middle of the process has failed and caused in any other program for patitioning an I/O disk error.

I have solved the situation, which in other program stranded the disk partitioning, but anyway after several processes, (not with Acronis, which in a part only for the error, I know, and have no additionals for the use of it), the installation setup completes, but has corrupted and stranded the hard-disk to features which in my work do not comply!

I have purchased the software, but I can trust to use with others, maybe alone it work!  Who knows! To know that is a long way, which in the most I will not try for mistakes again!

What to do with that. I'm trying my account and it's just not anymore the one I was with my password, the support is unavailable and the choice made to complain by mail o account is not registered as my mail is valid.

Indeed it's same issue I was having with piracy for OS attacks, but it's not what I was specting as end!
