Acronis Media Builder in ADD 12.5 crashed when ISO bootable file is generate
When we generate ISO file in Acronis Media Builder which is build in Acronis Disc Director 12.5 in Windows 10 x64 Pro 1909 then Acronis Media Builder crashed.
I found in Windows 10 event log information about reason.

Version 8.0.50727.9659 of file MSVCP80.dll is newest one for x64 Wind 10 and can not be changed.
I tried:
Acronis Disc Director 12
Acronis Disc Director 12.5
Acronis True Image 2018
Acronis True Image 2020.
No changes. In every version is the same problem.
This problem we send to Acronis Support and was not solved during last half year based on ticket 03901280
Our all drives are OK with no error.
All drives was scanner by command "chkdsk drive: /r" and Windows 10 integrity was scanned by command "sfc /scannow". No errors.
Maybe somebody have the same problem.

I made this reinstall. No changes.
Have you tried uninstalling DD and using the cleanup tool to remove all traces of the program and then reinstalling? Have you tried installing DD on another computer? Have you tried making both Linux and WinPE media?

I choosed WinPE and Linus media. No changes.
I didn't triedit to install DD on other computers or other OS. No time for this. I don't know how react Acronis licensing for this.
On this computer we had many expensive software which are very sensitive for licencing so recovering from backup and making changes are not easy and internet need to be disconnected .... if you mean we install Win OS 10 1909 and problem will be solved automaticlly. It's not possible.
As I remember about 1,5 half year ago it works in some old version of Windows 10 when we had ADD12 and ATI2018. Probably after some Windows 10 update it crashed. That's why we unistall all Acronis software using Ceanin tool too, bought ATI12.5 and ATI2020 but ISO bootable still crashed during generating.
We thought that Acronis made someting with this problem in 2019 year and fix it in 2020 version.
I used Acronis support and products last about 10 years but from year to year it looks very bad.
