ADD 11 Home still fails

I cannot re-size/clone or anything else in an attached (USB) drive. ADD 10 worked just fine, but it does not have a "disk clone" option.

I wonder if there was any fix to the problem described here:

Note that the topic ends up with 19 questions which hints that these guys have no idea about what is going on, and what could be an issue.

I think it is time to wonder how did they get to the top in TopTenReviews.com, and may be to cool things down a little bit.
