ADD 2011 new fix available #2343, but causes error

ADD 2011 new fix available #2343, but causes error code 0x18000B "ti-boot.so" when building the EMB boot disk. Error states :Please reinstall Bootable Media Builder. How do you do that? THe only thing that I can do is install the fix#2343 or base #2121 again. I tried reinstall 2343 and no luck.

Any suggestions on what to do. I can not call in, as my 30 days expired long ago. Or do I get a new 30 days following a fix that causes problems??

Here's the fix list for the new fix: http://www.acronis.com/support/updates/changes.html?p=7359 , but the previous fix list says it fixes a ATIH2011 compatability problem EMB creation problem. Maybe this fix was backed out in this new fix.

Acronis, Do you do any testing, or do you rely on us to do it for you?
