add space from d & e to c

Tried to add approx 15 GB each from d & e which is approx 1/2 of unused space on each..Upon nextboot up ..will not boot intoW7 showing 'no OS'. Tried booting from W7 cd to do repair or restore point but no joy.Tried to get into safemode from regular boot and from cd and cannot. Used this before a few years ago and went fine so did not make a backup image this time....any ideas?..thanks for your time. This is on a non internet machine..
