ADD11H's Explore Important Functions Missing (Compare with ADDS10)

I realize that in the latest ADD11H unable to open 2 explore windows to copy & paste files, and delete/rename file/folder, create new folder, edit file.

All these useful functions used to included in ADDS10 but how come not in ADD11H? I use the Acronis Media very often to rescue customer's PC/Notebook/Netbook's data but now this latest version is completely crippled by this. Please do something.
