Hello,

GPT disks are supported as well as MBR.

Please make sure that physical sector size of the disk is 512 byte. At this moment, Acronis Disk Director 12 does not support disks with sector size != 512 byte.

Best regards.

AlexanderK,

These screenshots show a similar situation when using the rescue media. When Disk Director detects a Windows 10 system, it grays out the GPT disks and says they are unsupported.  If the disk layout is changed to "bootable media environment," the disks can be modified with Disk Director.

Same story here.

I just wanted to resize partitions on a Win10 SSD.

DiskDirector 12 shows the "Basis GPT" partitions as "unsupported".

Unfortunately I didn't find a way how to change the Disk layout to something different than "Win10Home64". How do I do that?

Thanks!
