Bootable CD does not boot. Are files missing.

Not sure if I should be in this forum or Home 2010
DiskDirector 11 installed as well as True Image Home 2010
I have written a Bootable cd from both the ISO down load, True Image 2010 and DiskDirector 11.
None are seen at bootup "ignored".
The BIOS is set to cd first boot and HD second boot.

The files on the cd from the iso download from acronis site are. Roxio used to convert and write the iso files.

folder name = "Boot" containing files
Catalog.bin
Immage.bin

When written using the wizard the CD contains the following.
Folder name = "Recovery manager " containing files
bootwiz.bin
f11.cfg
gen_bootmenubin
kernel.dat
mouse.com
ramdisk.dat
splash.run

I hope some one can help.
