Both True Image 2016 and Disk Director 12 on Same PC?

Thread needs solution

I purchased and installed True Image 2016 several months ago and use it fine on Win10 Pro.

Recently purchased (on sale :) ) Disk Director 12 and after reading about both I wonder if there is any good reason to install Disk Director on the same PC.

Both seem to have many of the same functions, and all I'm using True Image for is to create backup images.

Is one likely to interfere with the other?

THANKS.

I have a license of Disk Director 12 and have never bothered to install.  I didn't even realize it could image as well, until recently.  The plus for it is the paritioning features, but the last update was back in 2015 and makes me leery to use it.  Personally, I stick to True Image Home for backusp and use other free tools for advanced paritioning when they become necessary (which isn't very often). I typcially use minitool parition wizard free for those jobs and leave all of my backup needs to ATIH (currently using 2017).

So in a nutshell, I wouldn't install install both on the same system.
