It looks like XP is on a Primary partition and Windows 7 is on a Logical partition. This means that Windows 7 is booting from the XP partition and has taken over the booting process. OSS can't detect Windows 7.
Is it possible to put Windows 7 on a Primary partition? If you want to use OSS and boot Windows from a Logical partition, special steps must be taken to make it work.
Normally, you would want to hide any existing Windows partitions (XP, for example) and setup the new Windows partition (Windows 7, for example) as Primary and Active when you install it. This allows each OS to be booted from its own partition normally and allows OSS (or another boot manager) to boot them directly.

Yes sir that's true.
primary : XP (ntfs)
logical : win 7 (ntfs)
EXT3 : ubuntu
Thank you for excellent analysis, how do i hide xp partitions ? is it by setting win 7 partitions to primary and make it active ?
Is it possible to make configuration like this :
primary : xp (ntfs)
primary : win 7 (ntfs)
EXT3 : ubuntu
where should i install OSS is it in xp or 7 ?
Or i should make another partitions with FAT16/FAT32 format for OOS ?

Since you are making partitioning changes, I hope you have already created an Entire Disk Image backup.
If you don't mind reinstalling Windows 7, just delete the existing Logical partition and create a Primary partition for it. Make sure to have the Windows 7 installer reformat the partition during the installation.
When you install Windows 7, you would want to have the XP partition hidden and the Windows 7 partition set Active (can only be Active if Primary).
You can repair XP back to normal XP booting by setting the XP partition Active, booting to the XP CD, starting the Recovery Console, and running the fixboot command. OSS should then be able to detect it.
If possible, it's best to do a custom install of OSS and select a non-OS partition as the destination. This makes it easier to restore OS partitions without changing the OSS files. You can use any FAT32 or NTFS partition on any internal drive.
DD/OSS currently don't support being installed in Windows 7. If you want to install them in Windows, do it in XP.

Hello Zainal!
Thank you for your question.
I regret to inform you that Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 doesn't support Windows 7, so we do not guarantee that it will work with this particular OS.
I would suggest you to test our Acronis Disk Director Suite 11 Beta. It supports Windows 7 and can be a key to solution.
