Cannot enter complete DD11,build 2121 serial number.

Hello- I uninstalled both DD11 and TI11 because of s/w problems. I obtained both serial numbers and entered the TI11 sernial number with no problems. However,I could enter only 6 sections of DD11's s/n before it would not allow the last two parts to be entered. It froze. I checked all entries for being correct and all were correct. I am running Win 7 home premium ,the latest version. I attempted a second time and received the same results. I have printed copies of the products s/ns and must manually enter each one. This is not an easy task. If there is a solution to this problem,please let me know. Thanks. Carl.
