Cannot find where to unlock the TRIAL version with my serial code?

Thread needs solution

I bought the boxed product a few months ago and installed
it and looked it over then de installed. Today I need to use it
and I inserted the CD-rom and reinstalled.... Actually picked
the "repair" option as that was the only one available to me
that made sense. ( It must have recognized I installed it
before ) anyway I completed the repair install and now when
I try to run the program it will not allow me to Commit my action
and is telling me I have a trial version.

I have the registration code and I just entered the registration
code here at the website but I cannot find anywhere in the
menu options to install the serial code. I also wasted an hour
reading the manual PDF and searching knowledge base.

I also reinstalled from my box version CD ROM again to
make sure there was no option to type in the registration
or serial code that I have.

Someone please tell me how to make my program work
and please tell Acronis to make this issue more clear
in the menu options and in their manual and in the help
section of the program ! !

You can't unlock the trial version of DD. You need to uninstall it and then reinstall the purchased version.

The installation package of the trial version of Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 differs from the full one, so you need to download the full version from your account:

  1. Login to your account. If you do not have one, you will need to create it - see Registration at Acronis Website;

  2. Register your Acronis products at Products Registration - see Registering Acronis Products at the Website;

  3. Download the latest build from My Products & Downloads;

Try uninstalling it then re-installing from the CD, that should work.
