[CLOSED] Disk Director 10 and BartPE

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I was creating a BartPE-CD with the Disk Derector Plugin. I've used this KB-Entry:1752 - Creating BartPE Media with Acronis Disk Director. My Problem is, that DD report me, that I've a Demo-Version of it if I'm executing changes on my HDD. I'm owner of regristed and licensed version of DD10.
How can I fix my problem?

Thanks and greetings from Germany

What build of DD are you using?

Are you using the Acronis DD plugin? If so, which instructions are you following?

If you have build 2,160, it make work better than the later build (assuming you're not also including TI in the build).

Also, are you including TI and DD in the build or just DD? If not just DD, does it work correctly with just DD?

Hi MudCrab,
I'm using DD Suite Version 10.0 (build 2.161) in german. On the german website, I can't find any plugin for DD to use with BartPE. I'll use TI and DD on my PE-CD. My german TI-Plugin run properly without any problems.
Without using the TI-Plugin, DD-Plugin will report that I've use a trial-version of it.

Greetings

Hi @all,
I think this thread may be closed, because I could locate my problem. It's not possible to create a plugin, if dd10 will installed on Win7 x64.

best regards

BTW: build 2160 runs without problems on 7 x64. why, I don't know

Matthias:

BartPE is a 32-bit operating system and must be built with 32-bit Windows. One way to do this is to install a virtual machine on your x64 PC. The virtual machine must be running a 32-bit Windows operating system as a guest. If your version of Windows 7 allows download of Windows Virtual PC with Virtual XP, then that will work. Virtual XP is 32-bit.
