Copy boot drive to SSD, worked but not completely?

Thread needs solution

I just got a 480GB Intel 730 SSD for Black Friday.
I installed it into my computer and used Disk Director to Copy the contents of my C: boot drive to it.
Worked perfectly, so after rebooting, I used EasyBCD to set the new drive as the boot volume (Currently it's I:).

So it's booting off the SSD I think, as it's set to Boot partition, but the user profiles are still being created and displayed on the desktop from the C:\ drive.

I tried using DD to remove the drive letter of the C drive, and change the SSD to C, but after rebooting, the SSD is still I.

Ugh, it shouldn't be this much work, I just want to boot off of and use the new SSD and nothing else.

Any suggestions?
