DD 12 not functioning

Thread needs solution

Hi. Running Win 7 Pro 32 Bit. Fully patched. Alongside DD12 - running TI 2018. TI 2018 runs weekly backups and has been pretty trouble free.

Primary HDD is a Samsung 960 Pro 1TB - split into three partitions.

This is the order. Starting with a 100MB System, then a 140GB C: Drive and a 725GB D: Drive. [The remainder is 'unallocated' for over-provisioning at the end].

These partitions were originally created using DD back in 2016 when the desktop was built.

Now I need to increase the C: Drive by taking space from the E: Drive.

Two steps. Shrink E: Drive and then absorb the unallocated space into the adjacent C: Drive.

When I reboot to complete the task - nothing happens. The PC simply reboots and there is no change to the partition sizing.

My DD 12 build is listed as 12.0.3223.

I have downloaded the latest build on the Acronis website [Build 95].

I've tried installing this 'over' the existing version [as per instructions on the Acronis website] - as well as uninstalling the old version and reinstalling this version.

Nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?
