dd10 wont load and asks for a password

Thread needs solution

I never used a password to load dd10 so I don't know any password. I tryed to uninstall and it will not do that. I try to install with the latest version and it wont let me saying I have to uninstall the earlier ver, which it will not do. Any ideas how I can get out of this loop?

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you've experienced.

Let me resolve the issue.

It seems that there are some traces of the previous installation blocks Acronis Disk Director from installing, so I may recommend you to use our special Clean-Up Utility to uninstall the software completely. Please follow the guide available at this KB article.

After that please install Acronis Disk Director from scratch and if it'll ask you for the password again, please do the following:

Download a special file, unpack it and double-click it. Necessary information will be added to Windows Registry and password will be blanked.
