DD12 shows no discs, only couple menu items

Hello, I've upgraded DD10 to DD12. I have a Win7 Pro sp1, with two Samsung 850 SSDs. OpSys on 256, data on 1T drives. When I open DD12 it shows no drives, not much of anything. Where are all the menus and options? build 3223.

Hi... Had something similar, used the clean uninstall tool to completely clean registry and file remnants, rebooted and re-installed. All is well. Here is URL https://kb.acronis.com/content/14876 you may also keep handy https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668 too for ATI 2015.

Thanks so much! Worked like a charm!

I used Revo uninstall as I didn't check your links before I did it for the Acronis extra uninstall. But the built in uninstall worked fine, and Revo didn't find any left over pieces. I down loaded a fresh version (in case the other was corrupeted), and put my Licence in, and the upgrade licence (which I had found by now), and I skipped installing the Trial Version.

No telling where the hiccup was, but it's gone. Discs are seen, right click brings up all the menus!
