Difference in reported free disk size

Hi,

Windows 10 Pro and Disk Director 12(3270).

Both CHKDSK and DD shows free space of about 59GB, while Windows Explorer claims that free space is just below 10GB. Who should I believe? Anyway I can solve this?

Hello,

It makes sense to check what Disk Management shows. Please go to Control Panel -> AdministrativeTools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management.

Could you take screenshots of the issue?

Thanks for your support. The issue is solved. It was caused a program called Rollback RX System Restore. It was said to take little space and it took hours to uninstall.
