Disc Director BootCD cant recognize sata-raid controller

Thread needs solution

I have a new adaptec-6405 sata-raid controller
The BootCD from Disc Director 11 Home (german) version 2121
cant recognize the controller and the drives, doesnt see it

BootCD was made from bootable-media-builder linux-based win-display
to a .iso image and then burned and booted

What is the way to include the controller drivers into the image?
Otherwise I couldnt use the new controller

Thanks for help

Hello Ludwig,

Thank you for your post. I will do my best to help you.

You can try creating WinPe media and adding your controller drivers to it.

You can also collect this report from the bootable media and contact our Support team so that we can provide you with a fix.

Should you have additional questions please let me know.

Thank you.

Hello Anton

The SATA-Raid controller is the new Adaptec 6405 with SATA3 6Gb/s, available since april

I have made a error report to acronis support (for TI 2010 PlusPack)

The linux-based BootCD made with DD 11 Home, TI 2010 PlusPack, TI 2011 PlusPack with newest version
All three BootCD doesnt "see" the SATA controller with attached drive
Have sent a system report made of BootCD to support

TI 2010 PlusPack Media Builder have linux-based, but not WinPE-based option

DD 11 Home Media Builder does have WinPE-based option
There was an option to include the adaptec drivers
The WinPE BootCD doesnt "see" the SATA controller with attached drive
So, the including of drivers didnt work

Question
I have the adaptec drivers for 32/64 bit, does work well in Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
How to include drivers in a linux-based BootCD ?

Thanks
Ludwig
