Hi, is it possible an alloud to use the "Disk Director Suite 10" to resize partions of an Microsoft Server 2003 system. I' don't want install Disc Director Suite.

Have you booted the computer with the DD CD to see if it detects the drives and partitions correctly? If it does, I would think it would be possible to resize them (assuming no drive or file system errors).

I don't think there's anything wrong with using the non-server version of DD if it works, if that's what you're asking.
