Disk Director 11 - Can't increase C partition

Thread needs solution

When I am trying to resize my bootable C partition, I am unable to do anything. I have already created unallocated space, but everything in C options is grayed out and "Convert to simple..." is checked (grayed out as well). What am I supposed to do? I am pretty frustrated as I have been trying to increase my C partition for days now.

Can you post a screenshot of what DD shows as well as one of what Disk Management shows?

Have you tried doing the resize procedure from in Windows and when booted to the DD CD? Does it show the same problem from both?

Help on creating screenshots can be found in this KB article.

The DD CD can be created by running DD, clicking on Tools, and then on Acronis Bootable Media Builder. Once the CD is created, you can boot the computer using it and run DD.

If you need more specific instructions, let me know.
